Part of our role at SUNTRAIL is to help you to get outside and play both safely and responsibly. In keeping with those aims we're proud to offer an exceptional lineup of instructional opportunities designed to introduce you to new adventure and recreational activities and begin to equip you with the basic skills, insights and equipment that you'll require. 2010 Courses


Introduction to Kayaking

Through a combination of classroom instruction and in-pool practice sessions, this one-evening course is a great way for beginners to learn about the FUNdamentals of kayaking!

Dates (choose one):

- Wednesday April 7
- Wednesday April 21
Time: 7-9:30 p.m.
Location: Stone Tree Golf & Fitness Club, Owen Sound
Cost: $59.00 per person (Adult)
Gear: Bring your own swim suit and towel
Prerequisite: Basic swimming skills

Please note: All courses outlined above are designed with ADULTS in mind. Due to the nature of the activities involved there is a minimum age requirement of 16 for ALL persons intending to take part.

Then consider private instruction as an alternative. Depending on your area of interest, for a reasonable fee SUNTRAIL may be able to offer you, your family or small group some private lessons with an experienced instructor.
